Day 1: Departure from Mulund, Mumbai
Gathering at Pickup point at Mulund, Mumbai by 6:00 PM and the journey by AC sleeper bus will begin after that.
Meals: Dinner
Day 2: Reaching Goa dhyansthali and exploration
Reaching to Goa Dhyanasthali and starting Dhyanasthali exploration.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner | Accommodation: Dhyansthali dormitory
Day 3: Activities at Dhyansthali and departure by the evening
Connecting with the activities to get close to nature and departing to Mumbai by evening 4:00 PM.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 4: Arriving at Mulund with a lot of beautiful energy !
Reaching Mulund (Mumbai) by morning.

Please bring modest, full-coverage clothing that is comfortable for sitting and gentle movement. Avoid tight or revealing attire to respect the retreat’s spiritual atmosphere. Also keep the rainsuit as its a region of high rainfall according to season of the tour.
Participants will stay at the Dhyansthali dormatory containing beds.
